GE 50015 fluid textile softener is a high viscosity reactive amino-functional silicone optimized to impart a soft and dry surface feel.

Application :

GE 50015 has proven to be suitable for polyester , PV blends, cotton and Woven fabrics. This offers durable softening and enhances lustre. It can be emulsified to durable micro emulsion.

AceticAcid	0.6 Parts

INVERSION METHODS:

1. Charge GE 50015, TDA 6 mole, TDA 6.5, or EO/PO condensates into the reactor. Mix for 10 min
2. Add water 1 mix for 30 min. Clear transparent grease will form.
3. Add water 2 under slow and constant speed @ 60 min. The milky emulsion will form.
4. Dilute acetic acid with water and add it to the emulsion. Mix for 30 min.

Storage:

GE 50015 can be stored for approx. 6 months at temperatures between 0° C and 50° C. It must be protected against frost during storage.
