RESSISOFT QUARTZ

RESSISOFT QUARTZ is quats-modified hydrophilic silicone oil. It can provide instant hydrophilic and superior softness and smoothness to all cotton fabrics.

EXAMPLES OF APPLICATIONS

• Suitable for the formulation of microemulsions
• Suitable for the formulation of microemulsions
• Increase the tear strength of the cotton woven fabric
• Be used for hydrophilic soft finishing of White or light fabric
• It can be utilized as the active substance in softener emulsions or in combination with other components, e.g., paraffin waxes, organic softeners, etc
• Easy to combine with cotton fiber and feel is retained after washing

Instruction of use:

RESSISOFT QUARTZ is easy to emulsify into microemulsion for soft and smooth hand feeling of fabrics. The emulsion can be easily made by using C13[EO]10 fatty alcohol ethoxy compounds as emulsifiers.

EMULSIFICATION PROCESS

1. RESSISOFT QUARTZ, HAc, and surfactant are mixed, and the water is gradually added and mixed evenly;
2. Water 2 was slowly added to the emulsion 

Packaging:

RESSISOFT QUARTZ is available in 190kg metal drums.

Storage and shelf life:

When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature 2°C~30°C, RESSISOFT QUARTZ may be stored for up to 12 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, Elken Silicones no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
