RESSISOFT NT

Silicone oil in primary form (Hydrophilic Silicone oil RESSISOFT NT) is a high concentration special block structure of quaternary silicone oil in primary form. The product can be used in various textile finishes, such as cotton, cotton blending, rayon, viscose fiber, chemical fiber, silk, wool, etc., specially adapted to high hydrophilicity fabric. Excellent product stability, alkali, acid, high temperature cannot cause emulsion breaking, completely solve the sticky rollers and cylinders and other safety issues; can be stained with the bath. Excellent soft feel. Does not cause yellowing.

FEATURES OF PRODUCTS

• Hydrophilic Silicone oil RESSISOFT NT imparts superior softness and very low yellowing.
• Excellent product stability, RESSISOFT NT dilution is extremely stable at alkali, acid, or high temperature finishing bath and can be used in dyeing bath. RESSISOFT NT completely avoids the problem that breaking silicone emulsion sticky roller.
• Provides water dilutions compatible with conventional textile auxiliaries and can be used with fluorocarbon soil release agents at the same finishing bath.

EMULSIFICATION METHOD

Usage:

First, take 37.8kg RESSISOFT NT, 6.4kg TO5, 6.4kg TO7 and 5.6 kg ethylene-glycol-butyl-ether into the emulsification kettle, then turn on the blender and stir the RESSISOFT NT mixture for 30mins. Second, mix water1 and acetic acid, then slowly add the mixture to the emulsification kettle while stirring the RESSISOFT NT mixture as fast as the stirrer can. Third, slowly add water2 and water3 into the emulsification kettle, then stir for 30mins or more until the mixture is transparent. Turn off the blender, and filtrate the final product.

Storage and shelf-life:

When stored in the original unopened packaging at a temperature of between +2°C and +40°C, RESSISOFT NT can be used for up to 6 months after the date of manufacture marked on the packaging (DLU). Comply with storage instructions and the expiry date marked on the packaging.
